I had hired Beauty in Motion Mobile Spa/Salon for hair and makeup services for my wedding day last year. What a BIG mistake that I will forever regret! They were not only unpunctual, but inconsiderate and unprofessional. They showed up an hour late for my makeup preview day and 20 minutes late for my wedding day. The first two employees showed up 20 minutes late, the third one showed up an hour and a half later and the fourth never showed up at all! They were hired to perform hair and makeup services for me (the bride), my mother, and 4 of my bridesmaids. Since they did not arrive at the scheduled time, they were unable to complete all of our services on time and ended up doing a quick and rushed job on some of us. My makeup didnt turn out well and my hair was not done the way I had asked for it to be done. Due to their poor time management, they finished an hour later than scheduled. Thus, there wasnt the time or opportunity for them to redo anything. It was not only embarrassing, but it was a nightmare guests were already arriving and my hair and makeup was not even half way done. They were also unprepared with their own equipment and supplies. Their airbrushing machine broke; we had to provide them with our own hair elastics, q-tips, and makeup pencil sharpener. And when they left, they took our makeup pencil sharpener with them! The false lashes they supplied and applied on my bridesmaids fell off within an hour of application. The poor results were definitely not worth their high-priced fees! I ended up paying them close to $1000 for the six of us! When I complained to the company about our experience, they refused to refund us our money. The package we paid for has a 100% money-back guarantee claim attached to it and their website even states Deposit Back Guarantee. Your peace of mind, on-time guarantee. If for any reason we are late on your wedding day we will double your deposit back. They basically refused to even honour their own guarantees that they claim on their company website! Clearly, this company certainly does not believe in customer satisfaction or their reputation. I DONT recommend this company to anyone.
